This website is the personal portfolio of Dipankar Rabha, a digital designer based in Assam, India. I am responsible for the personal information described on this page.

Contact form. If you use the contact form, I collect the name, phone number and email address you enter. This only happens if you tick the box agreeing to this policy and press send.

Technical information. Like most websites, the company that hosts this site automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Browser storage. If you turn the site's background music on or off, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it is remembered on your next visit. It stays on your device and is not sent to me.

I use the details you send through the contact form to reply to you and to talk about your project. I use technical data only to run and secure the site.

I do not sell your information, I do not use it for advertising, and I will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to.

I do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this site does not currently use an analytics service. If that changes, I will update this page.

Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical data described above.

Adobe Fonts supplies some of the typefaces. Your browser loads them from Adobe's servers, so Adobe receives your IP address, as any server does when it sends you a file.

Messages from the contact form may pass through the service I use to deliver them to me.

This site links to other sites, such as Behance, Dribbble and LinkedIn. They have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for how they handle your information.

I keep messages from the contact form for as long as I need to reply and follow up on the conversation. I delete them when you ask me to, or when they are no longer needed. Hosting records are kept by my hosting provider under its own policy.

You can ask me to show you the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Contact me using the details below and I will reply within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This site is not meant for children, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information.
